Second part of research was focused on finding proposals and thoughts of elderly on what kind of assistance they would like to receive from youth of Bratunac; to provide them voluntarily, human and structured activity that could influence of improvement of life's quality of elderly regardless of their gender or ethnic alleviation. Results are showing that questioned target population – elderly are recognizing youth's assistance in following:
- Occasional visit and companionship........................................................56 questioned

- Interventions at centers for social work or health institutions.................47

General observations:
General observations of researchers indicate that elderly people live in extremely bad conditions; that elderly people live with feeling of abundance from closest; high level of depression is dominated; a lot of them are thinking about purposeless of life and without perspective and even thinking about suicide....
Couples researchers are structured as multi-ethnic couples according to demographic image of society. During the research there were no refusals in participation or obstruction in realization of project mission.

General observation:
- General observations of researchers are that this category of populations is living stigmatized by surrounding, without any attention or assistance. Lack of qualitative health care for this category of population, makes their position worse at both family and social level.
- There is no any offer or program of governmental institutions of NGOs for these people in wider community that has in focus these people's health part of personality to be supported in direction of satisfaction of psycho-social needs.
- There is no special school program for this category of students. The education level is very poor, even not existing.
- All questioned are chronicle-somatic patients with recognizable effects on their psycho-social aspect of life.
- No one of questioned is satisfied with care of wider society for their status. This opinion is same at the rest of family members.
Second part of research was focused on finding proposals and thoughts of persons with special needs and their family members on what kind of assistance they would like to receive from youth of Bratunac; what kind of assistance they would appreciate that will partly improve their life’s quality and bring back self-esteem. Results are showing that questioned target population – persons with special needs are recognizing youth's assistance in following:
